Cancellation Policy

Appointments are reserved specifically for the individual client.

Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Late arrival may reduce the available session time.
The full agreed fee may remain applicable where a significant delay prevents the reserved session from being completed.
Repeated cancellations, no-shows or inappropriate booking behaviour may result in future appointments being declined.

Appointments are confirmed personally by Resha. An enquiry does not automatically constitute a confirmed appointment.
