Professional standards for private appointments.
General
By making an enquiry or booking an appointment with Resha'z, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Resha'z is a private professional bodywork practice operated personally by Resha. All services are provided by appointment only.
Age
All clients must be 18 years of age or older.
Location
All services are provided exclusively at the Resha'z premises in Colombo. No hotel, home or outcall appointments are provided.
Payment
Payment is made in cash at the end of the session. No advance payment or online prepayment is required.
Appointments
Appointments are subject to availability and are confirmed personally by Resha. An enquiry does not automatically constitute a confirmed appointment.
Punctuality & Cancellation
Clients are expected to arrive on time. Late arrival may reduce the available treatment time. Reasonable notice is requested for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in future bookings being declined.
Professional Conduct & Consent
Clients must behave respectfully. Harassment, intimidation, threatening behaviour, unwanted conduct or attempts to disregard agreed boundaries will not be tolerated. All sessions are conducted according to mutual communication and consent. Either party may stop or modify an element of the experience.
Health
Clients should disclose relevant physical conditions, injuries, allergies or other circumstances that may affect their ability to safely receive bodywork. Resha'z services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.
